Can I assign some club members to help with club, league and tournament management?

Yes. Every club member has one of five roles, which control what they can do in your club and during live tournaments — so you can hand off as much or as little as you like. From most to least privileged:

• Owner — the person who created the club. Full control, including the things no one else can do: deleting the club, removing members, and deleting tournaments or leagues. A club always has exactly one Owner.
• Director — runs the club day to day: creates and edits tournaments, manages leagues, club settings and members, and can undo actions from the tournament log. Think of a Director as your Tournament Director. A club can have any number of Directors, which is useful when the Owner is not available.
• Floor — runs live tournaments on the floor: the clock, seating (draw, break, balance, move players), rebuys and add-ons, registering and unregistering players, and eliminations. A Floor cannot change tournament settings, manage leagues or members, or undo actions — if something needs correcting, a Director handles it.
• Table Captain — a limited role, often given to a player temporarily. A Table Captain can eliminate players and correct a player's chip stack, but nothing else — no rebuys/add-ons, cash, clock or seating. Toggle this role on or off any time from the member list.
• Member — can view the club, its tournaments and standings, and register or unregister themselves. No management abilities.

How to change someone's role

Open the member list, tap a member to edit them, and choose a role. Owners and Directors can assign any role up to Director. Only the Owner can remove members. Ownership itself can't be assigned from the list — to transfer a club to another person, contact support.
