Can other club members help maintain our website?
Yes. The site owner can give other club members a website role so several people can maintain the site together. Website roles are separate from club roles: being a club Director doesn't give anyone access to the website, and a website role doesn't change what someone can do in the club.
To add someone, open Website and go to the Team tab. They need a Blind Valet account and must be a member of one of the clubs on the site. If they leave the club, they're removed from the site's team automatically.

A Contributor's posts wait for an Editor or Webmaster to publish them, which makes the role a good fit for members who want to write match reports.
The owner is the person who created the site. Only the owner pays for it, so billing never moves to a team member.
