How do I rename or delete a tournament template?
Click Manage Templates in the left sidebar. You should see all your available templates there. Select the vertical menu of the template you want and choose the Rename or Delete option.
How do I delete my account?
Please send account deletion requests to support@blindvalet.com. Be advised that all related data (clubs, tournaments, leagues, etc.) will be deleted with your profile and this process is irreversible.
How do I change the email address on my account?
If you are connecting with the Email/Password method, click Profile at the bottom of the left sidebar to open your profile. On the Profile tab, click the edit button next to your email address to change it. If you are connecting with Google or Facebook connection methods then you cannot change your email address directly. You would need to create a new account with the connection method and email address of your choice, then contact support@blindvalet.com to transfer your club and/or subscription to the new account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Click your plan badge in the left sidebar (under your name) — or click Profile and go to the Subscription tab. Then click Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain valid until the end of the period you paid for, but it will not attempt to renew.
