How do I rename or delete a tournament template?
From the Profile menu (upper right), select the Manage Templates option. You should see all your available templates there: Then you can select the vertical menu of the template you want and choose the Rename or Delete option
How do I delete my account?
Please account deletion requests to support@blindvalet.com Be advised that all related data (clubs, tournaments, leagues, etc.) will be deleted with your profile and this process is irreversible.
How do I change the email address on my account?
If you are connecting with the Email/Password method, then just choose the Change email address option from the Profile menu (upper right) If you are connecting with Google or Facebook connection methods then you cannot change your email address directly. You would need to create a new account with the connection method and email address of your choice, then contact support@blindvalet.com to transfer your club and/or subscription to the new account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just choose Subscription from the Profile menu (upper right). Then Cancel Subscription Your subscription will remain valid until the end of the period you paid for, but it will not attempt to renew.
