How do I register myself for a tournament?

If you have joined the club with your Blind Valet account, you should see the scheduled tournaments in the lobby. Just click on the **Register** button for the tournament you wish to join.

How do I rename or delete a tournament template?

From the Profile menu (upper right), select the **Manage Templates** option.

You should see all your available templates there:

Then you can select the vertical menu of the template you want and choose the **Rename** or **Delete** option

How do I delete my account?

Please account deletion requests to **support@blindvalet.com**

Be advised that all related data (clubs, tournaments, leagues, etc.) will be deleted with your profile and this process is irreversible.

How do I change a club member's name?

Accepted Answer

If the player was created manually by club staff, then you can edit the name from the members list (People icon under the club name in the lobby).

If the player joined your club using their own Blind Valet account, then they can change their name from their Profile menu (upper right).

How do I change the email address on my account?

Accepted Answer

If you are connecting with the Email/Password method, then just choose the **Change email address** option from the Profile menu (upper right)

If you are connecting with Google or Facebook connection methods then you cannot change your email address directly. You would need to create a new account with the connection method and email address of your choice, then contact **support@blindvalet.com** to transfer your club and/or subscription to the new account.

How do I change the club logo or clock background?

Both of those require a paid subscription (Home Game or Club).

If you are a subscriber, you can change these images from the club settings (Gear icon in the club lobby)

How do I customize the chipset values?

This feature requires a paid subscription (Home Game or Club).

If you are a subscriber:
- Create or open a tournament
- Go to the Blind Structure tab
- Under the Chipset field, click on **Modify Choices**

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Just choose **Subscription** from the Profile menu (upper right). Then **Cancel Subscription**

Your subscription will remain valid until the end of the period you paid for, but it will not attempt to renew.

What is the difference between a Rebuy Tournament and a Reentry Tournament?

The most important distinction is that as long as a player rebuys in a Rebuy Tournament, they have not been eliminated from the tournament. Even if they lose all their chips, if they rebuy, there is no elimination.

In a Reentry Tournament, when a player loses all their chips, they are eliminated, but have the option to register again for the tournament.

The main implications for this in Blind Valet are:
- Bounties are not issued when a player rebuys, because there was not an elimination
- Bounties are issued for every entry in a reentry tournament as every one is an elimination and a new registration.
- For league tournaments, rebuys do not affect the league finish position
- For league tournaments, only the first entry counts towards the league finish position. Reentries are ignored for league points.
