Blind Valet allows you to focus on playing in your poker tournament and not working out a blind structure that will allow the tournament to finish in the allotted time while still allowing for plenty of play.
Blind Valet can help you organize poker tournaments of many different types. Whether you want a freezeout tournament, a rebuy tournament with addons, a slow blind structure or a turbo tournament, Blind Valet will create the ideal structure based on your parameters.
To create your blind structure you need only to enter in your desired tournament duration, the number of players, and the values of chips in your chipset and click *Calculate*. Blind Valet will create the perfect blind structure for you. You can enter optional parameters that will affect your blind structure like relevant information for rebuy tournaments (expected number of rebuys, addons, etc.), blind level time, starting stacks, antes, and buy-in amounts if you want Blind Valet to calculate your prize pool. If you leave out blind level time and starting stacks, Blind Valet will make recommendations based on your other parameters.
After creating the poker tournament structure you can then launch Blind Valet's poker clock that will manage your poker tournament with the blind structure already created. You have the option of customizing the clock where you can change the title of your poker tournament, modify the colors of the poker clock and choose from a selection of logos and custom sounds for the poker clock alerts.
After launching the custom poker clock, Blind Valet manages your poker tournament raising the blinds, calculating the average chip stack and displaying the total prize pool. Blind Valet is unique from other poker clocks in that it takes the guesswork out of planning your poker tournaments through the blind structure calculator. Just count how many players showed up for the tournament, put in a few parameters and you will be up and running with the perfect blind structure on the Blind Valet poker clock.
I have chosen to make this a web application so that it is as open and accessible as possible. The solution has been tested to run on Linux, Mac, and Windows on various browsers; Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, and Skyfire. The only requirement is that the clock requires Flash Player 9+. I have even been told that it has also run on a Playstation 3 and on a Samsung Blackjack II smartphone!
Have fun, concentrate on your game and let Blind Valet do the rest.
